Unlimited Liability for the Unfortunate

Responsibility rolls down hill
Maybe that's a rule of power
But it sounds more like corruption

Down on your luck
Means carrying a heavier burden
For the sins of everyone else

Rise up to the top
It's your right
Is a battle cry for the high-altitude

When things are looking up
There are others looking down
Fearful to lose their immunity

The state sanctions ruthlessness
And meanness
In the name of freedom (for the rich)

Don't go to the footnotes
To see where legislation come from
Nor how it's applied

Regulators would hate
For you to know
Who last took them to dinner
