Lawn Law

It's a more more more morning.
The rain was fallen and now
the lawns are considering
new laws against clouds.

We are too wet and we
aren't going to take this
condensation without
representation.

Their political science
needs some work,
but they have enough blades
to win a revolution
a few hundred years back.

That's the first step,
because while they have fences,
mostly, it's a matter of enclosure
not merely being enclosed.

The constitution will identify
fertility, property, and an utter
lack of dogs
as crucial to the
dry, sunny, upward future,
and lawn mowers will have
their day in court with weeds.
