Reasons

Why is the worst question we've come up with
perhaps because it's the same number of letters as "huh"
an insidious phrase that implies misunderstanding and scorn
in three little characters
just as why delivers the message: I must understand
you have not been sufficiently clear
and when this fits into the way I see the world
perhaps we'll be friends
otherwise, 
you must be lost.
