All goodness hides
where the woods 
meet the words
and develop the pages
where sages spice 
and rages nice
surround the body
with politic.

Deliberation wills
that after death
should look
a little like before
but wise blinks
see the dark
as a parcel addressed
to part the light.

Re-consist, then,
of passivity and
action excepting
each exception
as both footnote
and text.
