Going Up?

That which grows glows according to fragrance
until saturation's point is made
and any more would be less

Disagreements float in solutions
some only benefit from dissolution
while others could take a lot more brine

Morality pines for a forest, expanding,
demanding landings for cones
and their simple seedlings

What fires! What droughts! What pests!
Each declaims the end of high
bringing lower greens

Monuments are fixed in stone
as is the clock's wise pace
until either hits decay
