maligning, and perhaps
the way to be most
frequently incorrect.

Not sure sits on solid 
feet. Its definition of 
certainty runs on and
on and ends in a cliff
hanger. 

To know is the preference
of those who like statistics,
not those who use them;
theories do not pretend
to be sure.
