Acclerando

Fast fastens to ammindment
brain screws fracture thoughts
in favor of stable horseless cars
jerk, press, contort; be quick

percuss as the pause distorts
at speed's behest
the basket of glorious light
(for it is rapid)

as mere matters cannot come ahead
until they speed sounds
beyond the rangy ears
of lazy listen louts.
