the sense of versus habit
and against clarity---
these combat lines are ill-drawn,
not knowing is not the same
as knowledge negation.

When the wind blows,
some sway,
some fly,
some pray.
Under conditions, vary.
Over coming, go.

Evolution may select,
but it's a random hand
on an unknown day
whose fingers decide
when time is up.
