Nose in It

Dignity demands satisfaction
While it cedes the possibility
That mistakes were made
And habits can change

A pig in a snit
Is calmer
Than a person
In purple shame

Wield adjectives to fight
The injustice in the freezer
For each blight
Is a soul mood

Eat? In this weather?
Hunger is in decline
When the granaries
Are golden sweat warehouses

Brands may rue
The narrator's curse
While authors sue
To claim their titular purse
