the glib wish
to authenticity
and understanding

for my ignorance
crossed with pride
and an a-word
on the tip of my brain
not yet close to the tongue
that i wish could launch a million
decisions,
improvements,
faiths;
trite desires!
without question.
where i go from here
is make a pact with that part of me
become a we
with the non-tritical componentry
loosen the judgment functions
and move along the continuum
that may as well retire
to the oblivion of unvaluation.
