I read that the Midwest is a lost place 
At the mercy of the west and behind the moment 
I saw that things could be better

More precise, meaning heard 
Take delight, quite absurd 

My quick repast has life aglow 
Gut bacteria: new age snow 
Let me make a statement brief 

Don't use words when needs relief 
Grammar pains the body great 
Improve not life, you gnomic hound
