Did you hear irony
when the second person said as if the first
that a third was in the house

and fear fell that the bounded would be shorn
as the sheep will escape the sleeping shepherd
so it is said in the wolf stories 
that are meant to create fear

to evade responsibility
as if the day might be full of oughts
and the acts may be empty of necessities.
