Fraught, Naught

Did you believe what you heard
that faith is not least absurd
and most overflowed in the night
when you decided to dream
where you'd be and how
letting why go to pasture 
as a child, when you removed the fence
there was plenty of space, more time
and there was fear, of course
when you were tired: anger
and that said, this is the way
