Calm

It's an app
It's a vipassanal state of being
It's peace
It's the sea, at some dawns
It's elusive
It's a noun
Or is it a noun?
It's not worrying about grammar
It's the absence of stress
Or is it knowing one is stressed the right amount?
It's a yogic stretch
It's cross country skiing
It's the face of a dog
That wants nothing more than to play
What do you want it
Why don't I say I
And when does one place
The question mark nigh
Is it the absence of desire?
Or it's balanced pursuit
I don't get it at all
So there's a problem at root
Is it transient?
It's certainly temporary
In life at least
It's something one doesn't write poems about
When it's deep in your bones
So perhaps it's easiest to notice
Calm's lovely tones
In between chaos
Abridged be the moans
