Exhaust

Is there a suffix
To exhaustion
Perhaps it is ex haust
That my breath exudes
And my sigh evinces
For when my body feels heavy
And sitting up is the hardest chore
Horizontal is the only angle
And the remnants of the day's trials
Languidly flow from my shoulders to my elbows
And then to my feet
It's all I can do
To prepare for sleep
And remind myself
That today
Is a tomorrow
And will be a yesterday
And that my body
Includes my brain
So I'll shut my windows
To my soul
And hibernate
So the haust
Can recharge
