Today, I did not finish 
my pencil pages. My 
journal paused to talk
to a Navy man, real estate
career, a few divorces. 
He had a lot to say 
about jet engines
and Spain. I like
to listen. He was left
handed. Now I am under
the vines in the brined
dry, airing my morning 
for a few to breathe. It 
is nice to breathe
together.
