Before Decay Becomes New Life and After it Became Itself

Do you know what feels true?
It is hard to know how to act

when actions repeat
over and over the years

until, inevitably, they end
with the life that kept them alive.

It's a decision and then it is not
because habit is like rot

always going to the conclusion
logical, yes, and in the middle

gross.
