Draw's triple meaning:
a gun to my heart pen
straps me to a gurnish
side plated like the appetizer

not yet placed on a table
which wishes it were an
anonymous bar
laid with the maple

of a syrupy Vermont
whose oily ends of days
might lurk in my dreams
while it doesn't haunt my days.
