Shade’s Rust Welt

Be heated, corrugated metal
your reddish hue implies that
years of rest must have been
earned while your clucks imply
that your egg laying years are
far behind; so thank you, from the
top of my head to the head of my
knees, you framing and posture
spare me but breeze.
