Tell me again, what is nature?
Is it a theological mother?
A living edition of the dictionary of life?
Can it include the ink?
Are my thoughts nature?
Are my chemistry experiments nature?
Are my artifices nature?
How can the squirrel perform an unnatural act?
When the mountain shatters,
when the river floods,
when the sky is green,
when no tree buds,
what does nature ask of its constituents?
Does our vote count in this galaxy?
Or is nature a solar systemic phenomena?
Does the rest of the universe have an opinion?
Or is nature a pre-Copernican Earth god?
When nature is evil, is it natural?
When nature is pure, is it natural?
Is dirty nature nature?
When nature fails to be nature, can we say that the unnatural has succeeded?
Oh yes, that reminds me, humans made the word nature, as is our nature.
Or can a nature be ingrained?
Might nature be learned, rather than born?
When nature calls, does nature answer?
