Spring Eternal, Return Key

Volume return volleys rain
and vertical closeness

Given our sun-cloud croissant
we, green royalty, speak season
to pieces of mind
scattered blossoms under
our calm trees

Together
our syllables become songs
and our cords crack
frozen
to make us music

Blue indicates
that our crumbs
will soon shake off our shirts
and we crumble again
to the tune of robins and their eggs
