Unpragmatic or Shy?

Shy corners hide under tall glass.
Favor windows, class.
Torn hats mark shelves with 
book-stops, shelf crops, watered
and yellow and marginalia. 
Contain your self, even when
there is extra space. 
People have places to go 
and scuffing shoes indicate
that there is a brow, higher,
raised like hot poker stakes 
to cook a whole hog 
until the thing in itself
can be felt as a being
in time with itself.
