Writing

Writing is forming words.
Words that already exist, generally. 
So not making words.
Ordering words.
Finding words and placing them.

It's a gerund in the active sense,
a time in motion,
an unphotographable clock.
Writing cannot be captured in words. 

Writing is sentenced to existence,
degree by degree,
as a spinning, falling satellite,
orbiting infinitely,
even after the battery dies.
