Free Will and Belief

I read a book about free will last week.
I don't know if I chose to read it
or if every moment leading up
to that reading scripted the
acting that incurred.
Past tense, future, and
the now, each carries its
bags. And purpose, willing,
trying hard, each holds close
its cards. In this book determination
was held to be true; all that happens was
prior in all its super glue. But the thing, the
argument. How could this be there? If we believe
then so it be, none can change a care; well cares
can change but not by thought or any muscle
near. All those transformations stem from
roots so deep, unclear. Maybe then just
write a book with no expected out;
all the readers be what may and
pout not should they doubt.
