Where the reef?

Halibut is a beautiful word.
It brings together Kubrick,
the public institution that
is easiest to trust, and the
skeptic's favorite word.
It's a fish, too. Good for
a Friday or whenever.
And I am sure that that
aesthetic will survive 
its use in a rambling 
poetic appeal to eat
a little less beef.
