Sun Becoming

Photosynthesis is refraction, acceleration
of a source light's benevolent sight;
to be seen is to take on sheen
whose development, whose growth
shines not brighter, but creatively
an expression from an inner source
activated by the outer
from passivity to blossoms
and fruits and seeds and bark.
