Whose food is this?

Galled gulls give glares
To taut titan trucks
Without seafood spills
Or cheeto thrills
A birdsong echoes ill

Filthy fires fly fecklessness 
Over ornery opulent oafs
Freedom loses its edge
And author/ity its books
When lungs refuse their meat
