Aesthetic Conscription

Heat excuses the less viable shoes
While effort, according to years,
Can exclusively result in dues
Paid to wasted childhood fears

The horror can only be extruded
Through the sobriquet applied
By a truthful professional deluded
By all that Jung implied

Signed up by draft cord
To horses, dances, tumbles
Or perhaps by the sword
A saber and its grumbles

The rest of the days
Are bubbles: one in four
And the first letters, A's
Of an underused alphabet
