drunk checkbook

let one go for focus
I see speckles on my clean hands
the grease has worn away
and I need another project
or another coffee
either way
electricity spins 
the curl on its axis
as I condition my hair
and hope for a bounce
checkbook bears 
won't hibernate
because they spend winter
hunting for an extra glass
