Carry on, way more sun

Gentle child you've been through wells
falling in and back from hells
carried long an interest born
stolen farm and failing corn

Wisdom won't be here for long
fleeting knowledge siren song
on a deck you lost your path
working out a newer math

Art had much more than you saw
painting locked up mountain jaw
climbing on with boulder trips
rolling back to colder lips

When you make it to next day
sunny lies will buoy stay
on the water waxy voice
burning into fiery choice.
