Your photograph is as good as it will ever be
So you say
And yet it's blank
Tells a lame story
Sucks the life out of its subjects

Perhaps a better lens
New angles
And yes, narrative cohesion
Leading to more than a sense of selfie
Cheaper and duller to wiser and brighter

But perhaps you'll claim
Never ever, it's mine
In that case
Have at it
