self-referential language demands the titular headline
the word that means all that which I can rarely remember
eponymous, of course, the thing that is the thing called
the thing. I must place a period in a poem sometimes
and refer to it by name, even as it is right around the
corner, in the same room, just like the extra comma
that gives one pause even before the editing process
begins, and as I prefer not to edit, it will provide
stoppage as the flow continues, as if it were a 
beaver trying to make a home at the precipice 
of the river
