other student (believers in
zero sum affection games)
for example, in addition to 
any teachers in earshot;
the teacher's pet is a monotheist
in the extreme sense: one person
is god, under who's aegis the 
worshipper serves, from school
to shining workplace, not exactly
a lover of authority, but an implicit
believer in the divine right of the
powerful to be attended to at all costs,
while the deity looks down with scorn,
awards an A, and worships at a more
important altar
