Unsure

Why can I say "I know"
But I need to add a do
If I have no idea?
I do not know most 
Things, for as much
As everyone seems to
Love convictions, I am
Unwilling to submit my
Feelings to the jury of a bunch
Of other people; I do know
That sleep is necessary,
Food is nice,
Moving is required;
But everything else
Lives in a land
Between the mountains
And the ocean trenches
And refuses to share its
Exact altitude, even 
As I gather up my
Boulders, and start
To push.
