Steering into the cognitive skid
Choosing the iciest road
Hydroplaning for the thrill
But mostly to get casual
Formality as exercise
Effortful action to reduce
Itself; fickle mind that
Doesn't exist or reveal
Itself; who is it that inside
Myself? Coordinating the
Outcomes that flow from
Myself; I can't know which
Eye to look into to look
Myself in the eye; because
it's not there. To become
A rock, lift rocks to the top
Of mountains, and try to
Keep from turning to stone.
