Stopping Stuck

Apparently
Steering into the stuck
Is the way to get across the ice
Without crashing
Into a pole

The wheels are seized by infinite mobility
Friction disintegrated
Boundaries irrelevant
Dotted or dashed
Gated or barred

Momentum propels
Rocketing force
Kinetic energy
With all potential lost
And jumping from the vehicle
Will either be wet or hard
And certainly cold

So what to do
One might wonder
Entering the spin
Stuck in motion
No longer slow
No possibility of slow

To see the beginning
As the end
The frictionlessness
As brakes
The ice
As a hot bath

And to remember
That the world is spinning
Faster than you are
And you've been holding on
At least with one little finger
All these years
