Inflection

Censorship screams
When the curve shifts
From on its way West
To headings Northerly

The voices are many
"Stay how you were"
I'd like to be different
Identity crime nonetheless

Wanders at night
Keep change cops asleep
I head into the storm
Notifications at bay

By the by and the by
Towns big and small
Predict where I'm going
Tomorrow you'll be wrong

Understanding is lost
Compassion is gone
When you don't get me
I don't get any of you

Onward yet onward
Repeat or pattern-free
Pascal my wagers
Plato my republic

Unveiling as I go
Even to me
I know now how to flow
Rationally

Best you pay no mind
The trumpets call out loud
That the piano is out of tune
And your crumpets aren't dry

Communicate with me still
You all who fail to see
The light which cannot find
My flight fixed free

Undeniable the call
Of a moment's peace
That moments stretch on
In loneliness release

Follow yet nothing
Consciousness Roams
Roads paved and hollow
Benevolent moans

Beauty cannot yet escape
This poem undone
As I cannot find her
As the curve seems all wrong

Wherever we go
However we is undone
The double you and e
Might not follow you home

Incomprehensibility
Syllables to dust
Are these words
Established unjust?

Vagueness unrelent
Mildness tree bent
Limestone sea
Ponderous me

Change but I must
In spite of the clouds
Anxiety begone
And so too the crowds
